Highgrade Movements is a small landscaping service located in North Grafton, Massachusetts. We are seeking landscape laborers and landscaping professionals of all experience levels. We are looking fora reliable customer based professionals. We are seeking individuals who takes pride in their work. We want our client's homes and businesses to look their best! Must have reliable transportation and an active drivers license. Our landscaping business manages all aspects of landscaping from planting, lawn and plant maintenance, hardscape, and fence installation. Another key aspect of our mission we do not penalize our employees for finishing work early. If the day tasks are completed early - you will be still be paid for a full day! We want our business to be efficient, but not sacrifice quality. We offer cash bonuses based on performance. As an employee you are essential to Highgrade Movements, we will treat you as such. You will have an active say in projects to ensure we are providing the best service for our clients. Ultimately we would want an individual can grow with our business. We also do not work greater than 8 hours per day. Our schedule is Monday through Friday. Even if you have another job - let's chat!
