Found small dog

Found a small white and brown dog. He seems to be lost so I put him in backyard so he don't get ran over or something. He was hanging around my front yard all day so I think he is lost. If he is yours please reach out to me..otherwise I'll take him tomorrow or the next to a vet so they can check if he has a chip.
