Little Black Kitten needs rehoming

I have female kitten I got on July 4, shes only 8weeks old and very sweet and loves to play and eat.I also haveanother cat thats 2 years old and I really fell in love with this kitty but my other cat is constantly harassing her and shes always been a sweet cat, but I dont know if she is jealous or just trying to play but the kittys constantly being bothered and I cant be everywhere all the time, I also do have 2 little dogs andim constantly stopping them too from bugging her sometimes.shes got such a sweet but very ambitious persoanlity.please call thank you
