I am looking for a big dog that would be fine in an apartment with cats I have free time to give to them would prefer a younger quiet dog especially a border collie but the big issue I run into is a low budget. I'm just personally not willing to pay more than 150 dollars for pets at the moment. I can afford the monthly cost of care and pet health insurance just the upfront cost is hard when people want 500+
