Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Family Living In Encinitas Looking for someone with a flexible schedule. Basically, we guarantee 10 hours a week. That will be spread over roughly 2-3 days a week. Part of the clean is a small furnished rental that varies on days needed cleaning based on bookings. So that is a priority to get done between the window of time 10AM-3PM on check out days. Usually there is a turnover clean between 1-3 days a week. The other time will be cleaning our house. Our house is about 4,000 sq. ft. and the furnished rental is under 300 sq. ft. We have three dogs. Must be good with and comfortable with dogs. Tasks will be cleaning the house, washing sheets and towels, light organizing and cleaning outdoor patio. The idea is that we need to make the turnover cleanings a priority. It must be done in that 10AM-3PM window. The rest of the cleaning on the main house can be flexible. The unit takes about 1 hour to clean. But laundry time is longer. So, you can also do some cleaning on the main house too during that time. We also provide organic cleaning products and all supplies needed. Contact me for more info. Andy
