Completely new, we're hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to help us create a new world class environment that will delight our customers. The Housekeeping Supervisor is a key leadership position in the new House Cleaning Division responsible for Assisting with the overall operation of the Housekeeping Department. You would be starting at the ground level and be able to help build this division from the ground up. Some tasks this job may include: • Help maintain the highest levels of quality by utilizing innovative strategies resulting in the highest levels of cleanliness. • Ensuring the Division service standards are met every day resulting in exceptional hOMe owners’ satisfaction • Leading, coaching, teaching, developing, and mentoring our talented Housekeeping Team • Assist in generating leads to build division recurring customers. • Met with customers to give estimates. • Work vehicle and supplies provided . Requirements: A qualified individual will possess a proven track record in the leadership or supervision of a housekeeping team. A flexible schedule with 4 days per week Tuesday- Friday 8:30-4:00 availability, Valid CA driver’s license. Previous hOMe cleaning experience. The housekeeping supervisor starts at $22 per hour.
