Rehoming female cat

Rehoming fee applied I have a female a little over a year old tortoiseshell cat that would probably be happier if able to go outside. I am not comfortable letting her roam when I'm near a busy street. She doesn't do too well inside if left unattended (I feed her plenty but still digs in trash). Would probably be really good at chasing mice. I love her but I've noticed she isn't happy being an inside kitty all the time. I just want her to be happy. I have been waiting on a vet to call back for a spay.
