Kit Installer - Outdoor Living Structures Ronks, PA • Work as part of our growing Install team to provide homeowners with their dream outdoor living spaces with our Gazebos, Pergolas, Cabanas, and Pavilions • Install our luxury structures up and down the East Coast (most jobs are out and back the same day) • Join a 3-man crew in unloading and assembling the kit on-site • Meet your crew at the shop • Drive a 3500 Dodge pickup & flatbed trailer to the job site • Unload the truck while the crew leader talks to the homeowner • Review plans for the day • Assemble the pergola, gazebo, or pavilion on-site • Clean up the work site • Travel up to a 3-hour radius with some overnight travel (approximately 4 nights a month) • Enjoy the ability to see our product in its finished state and the sense of accomplishment that comes from enhancing the beauty and value of someone’s home • Receive on-the-job training if you are an entry-level candidate looking to learn basic construction skills • Faith-based employer committed to a positive team environment for our crews and committed to serving by providing donations and resources for disaster relief efforts The Backyard Showcase is looking for an entry-level or experienced Kit Installer to join our installation team. We offer on-the-job training. Founded in 2017, Backyard Showcase builds and sells luxury outdoor structures that transform yards into the space of their customers’ dreams. We bring the Amish craftsmanship of Lancaster County to customers all along the East Coast. We are committed to providing only the highest quality structures & superior customer service. Our Ideal Kit Installer: • Experience: Must have experience driving a truck & trailer; Some construction experience with gazebos, sheds, and pole barns preferred, but willing to give on-the-job training. • Active: Willing to work an active role of lifting, bending, climbing ladders, using hand tools & everything else involved in being on an Installation Team. Able to lift up to 75 pounds. • Dependable: Must be on time each day since the crew can’t leave until everyone arrives. Start time does vary depending on the distance to the install site. • Friendly: Someone with a “can-do” attitude who gets along with the rest of your small team. • Safety-Conscious: Capable of taking responsibility for operating a truck and trailer. • Travel: Willing to be away overnight approximately 4 times a month & some out-of-state travel.
