The role's responsibilities include: - Safely removing unwanted belongings from clients homes. - Driving company vehicles in a safe & responsible manner (for those qualified to drive) - Loading/unloading of items often exceeding 100+ lbs from trucks. - Creating an extraordinary client experience through outstanding customer service and attention to detail. - Daily upkeep and procurement of equipment. - Working with team members to ensure a safe and pleasant work environment. - Occasional hand-demolition of wood, metal, and other solid structures. - Provide exceptional & memorable service for clients. - Use of software & systems to track progress & report on days performance. Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes: - Daytime availability - Prior work experience in the field of manual labor; moving a plus. - Positive, encouraging attitude towards yourself and others. - Strong work ethic and self-motivated. - Punctual (non-negotiable) - Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills. - Ability to work independently and especially as a part of a unified team. - Good interpersonal skills and communication with others. - Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds independently (required). - Fluent in English (required).
