Need Help: 2015 Mercedes E550 Convertible Malfunction Repair

Can you help with E550 convertible top malfunction? It was literally working one day and not the next. The top will not secure at the front windshield, the motor doesn’t seem to be running, and the trunk will not open. I can’t imagine taking to the dealership and what it might cost. Can you help?
