Corgi needs loving home as only pet

Hi, trying to find the perfect home for my young male corgi, he's about 2.5 (dob 12/13/19) He would do best as an only pet and his favorite thing is to be next to you, at your feet or next to your lap. He is a sweet boy, but he doesn't seem to like other animals that much. Sometimes, he's fine, other times he has not been. He has been around my young children with never any issues, but I recently had to move into a 2nd floor apartment and start a new job and I just feel terrible that he's home alone all day, in his kennel. He is kennel trained and loves his kennel for bedtime, etc. Sometimes he goes in there just to lay down and keep an eye on things from his "safe spot" lol but I want to make sure he gets love and attention and time outside! Hopefully without a bunch of steps, as his stubby legs do struggle on all of the steps here. Please text for any questions or more pics, or if you are interested in giving him a loving home!!! There is a SMALL rehoming fee, but I can send his kennel with him if you need it!
