Quality In Home Childcare Seeks Assistant Starting salary is $15 an hour. Must be able to pass a background check and have a high school diploma or GED. I'm looking for a motivated, hard worker who enjoys children and creative activities. The job can be adapted to the individual's strengths. If you enjoy teaching, that opportunity is abundant. If you prefer a supporting role of helping to set up and break down the materials, preparing lunch...that works as well. Must enjoy the company of children and be able to direct them or be able to learn how to direct them. I have been in business for 27 years and carefully select my group so that the days are enjoyable for the children and for adults as well. Good job for a senior citizen or a mom. My hours of operation are 8-5:30.
