We are hiring for demolition/deconstruction general laborers or for a 3-4 person crew. Monday-Friday 8-4pm, $20/hr. 10 paid holidays, medical benefits. THIS IS FOR YOUR IF: You have experience with small hand tools or an interest and ability to learn fast You aren’t afraid to get dirty/dusty and remove and sort building materials You’re friendly and want to work with a positive and caring team You can work safely and orderly IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE: Working with our crew foreman to complete the scope of work on small kitchen/bath deconstruction projects to large, multi-week, full house deconstruction projects Carefully removing items that can be salvaged for reuse like doors, fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, lumber, etc. This may include sawing, prying, drilling, removing nails, and bundling materials Removing and carrying drywall, insulation, roof shingles, decking, siding, tile to dumpsters on-site Start immediately ESTA ES PARA TI SI: Tiene experiencia con herramientas o tiene interés y capaz aprender rápido No tiene miedo de ponerse sucio y sacar materiales de demolicion Esta amable y quiere trabajar con un equipo Puede trabajar con cuidado RESPONSABILIDADES DEL TRABAJO: Trabajadores ayudan a desmontar materiales de edificios. Se prefiere experiencia en demolición o construcción, pero no es obligatorio. El candidato ideal: Tiene una actitud flexible y positivo Debe poder trabajar tanto de forma independiente como parte de un equipo, proporcionando servicios de demolición en los sectores residencial y a veces comercial. Debe ser médicamente capaz de usar un respirador de media cara. BENEFICIOS: Feriados pagados, 10 días de feriados (el primer ano), 12.5 días de vacación (1+years) $18-$25/hora y $200 reembolso cada mes por el seguro de salud
