CSI is looking for a Tech who can problem solve and can pay attention to detail. Do you have the background to assist with preventative maintenance, repair and work well with a team, then we WANT YOU!!! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare Vacant Units for Move in Perform Repairs and Maintenance to apartments, common areas, amenities, and grounds Perform Exterior Maintenance OSHA Compliance Perform and Record Preventative and Scheduled Maintenance On-Call Duty Perform repairs made to appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets and other electrical systems and components Perform Apartment Repairs including drywall, painting, installing and repairing blinds, flooring and screen doors, installing tile, and caulking, replacing locks, hinges and knobs, and other interior maintenance items Perform repairs made to concrete, masonry, roofs, fencing, asphalt, sprinkler systems, carports, garages, steps, and other exterior maintenance items. Perform Carpentry work Maintain a Positive Attitude and Appearance Report any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding residents or the community Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely Must Have: Basic Tools Reliable Transportation Can do Attitude Snow Removal Assist with Grounds as needed Pay: $17-$20/hr (DOE) Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (weekly pay to start) If interested please call 720-489-1053 ask for Chrystal
