Nile Monitor being evicted

Hi, I have a Nile monitor approximately 16 months old. It is believed to be male. Goes by the handle of Moses. Has a bit of a hissy fit problem but has never bitten me and calms down after you handle him for a while. Anyways, I'm not in a huge rush. I want to make sure he goes to a good home. Someone who can care for him and is knowledgeable as to what that entails. Do not text or email if you have not researched this animal. It is not for beginner reptile owners. It is a huge responsibility but very rewarding. One of the smartest lizards in the world bar none. Small/appropriate rehoming fee applys. Open to trade.
