Experienced Furniture Delivery Driver/Warehouse

Position Responsibilities/Expectations: Delivery driver for high end furniture company, pulling, prepping and inspecting furniture for delivery, unloading the truck, tracking inventory, setting up furniture in customer’s homes, and having good customer service skills. Honesty, integrity, good character and strong work ethic are required as are excellent written and spoken communication skills. Skills and Physical Requirements: -Must be able to lift heavy furniture repeatedly through the course of the day without assistance; and maneuver and lift up to 225 lbs. -Ability to operate material handling equipment. -Continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching in a warehouse environment. -Have a clean driving record, and have experience driving delivery trucks. -Ability to identify items on all paperwork including, but not limited to: customer orders and labels, manifest documents, packing lists, stock receipts, and bill of ladings as needed. -Comfortable working independently and in a team environment. -Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed and/or required. -Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions in English. -Must be authorized to work in the United States. -Qualified candidates must pass a drug test and a background check.
