Compensation is HOURLY PLUS WEEKLY PERFORMANCE BONUSES. Earning potential (performance bonus) is based on the productivity of the installer. We currently have openings for Installers on our Residential Fire Sprinkler team for multifamily and single family production homes. There are openings for experienced Fitters as well as those that want to learn a trade. Fire Sprinkler experience preferred, but will consider candidates with plumbing experience. Attitude is everything! A successful candidate will: Have a valid CA DL and reliable transportation Have fire sprinkler or plumbing installation experience We work with local and regional builders such as; KB Home, Toll Brothers, Taylor Morrison, Pacific Communities, Meritage, Homebound and many others.
