Need a highly reliable and accountable person to oversee post tenant move-out process. This involves changing electronic locks, meeting contractors, reviewing contractors work (taking photos). You will have to document (via photos) via mobile phone specific items. The process is expected to take about 2-3 hours per day for two weeks. (If the process is smooth I will hire for other work).
Must be accountable, responsible and professional. You will be representing a property owner managing multiple properties.
Must have reliable transportation
No drugs, non-smoker
Ability to follow specific instructions
Preferred if you live in Pike township close to 71st and Michigan
