New Element Home Improvement needing good hard working people to join the team, we are a small business but growing we keep work year round looking to feel spots lead roles and other special positions, pay will be based on quality of work everyone starts the same starting pay is $100 a day checks are given out every other Friday paid vacation and holiday bonuses after 6 months, must have own transportation to work site clean cut dressed professional no drugs or alcohol. Work is from 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri some weekends depending serious people only please don’t waste our time or yours cause I won’t pay 100 for you to come out and lolly gag just to get free money cause I’ll pay what your worth at that point can start immediately.
