We are looking for individuals who are good at repairing various issues related to home repairs. electrical plumbing sheetrock paint flooring and HVAC etc. Must have transportation and tools a good work ethic and be able to communicate with tenants when arriving at the property. You would be receiving work orders to repair issues reported by tenants at tenant-occupied properties throughout Raleigh and surrounding areas. Work your own hours you will not be supervised and will be get paid daily. You will not be getting paid hourly but paid by the job with the opportunity to make up to $1000 or more a day depending on repairs that are needed.
