We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic to join our team at our main office in Lake Oswego, OR as a part-time Pharmacy Lab Clerk. This individual may also support our Fulfillment Department. This is an entry-level opportunity that can develop into a career in the field of Pharmacy. REQUIREMENTS: Reliability in terms of attendance (excepting protected leave taken) and performance Must maintain a professional demeanor with a wide range of individuals Must have a strong work ethic and work well within a team Must possess the skills to multitask Organized and efficient work style For the first few weeks, can work Saturdays 9am - 1pm, except as an EEO protections/accommodations may apply. Regular hours are anticipated to generally be only M-F. PREFERENCES: Prior experience as a lab clerk. Prior shipping experience. JOB DUTIES: The main tasks of this position include assisting the Lab Technicians (both compounders and prescription fillers) with general housekeeping duties, such as dishes, hood cleanup, laundry, and general lab cleaning and maintenance. Independent self-starters will excel in this role. The Pharmacy Lab Clerk is also responsible for monitoring the storage and inventory of medications and supplies. General tasks will also be assigned, as needed. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. May require lifting up to 50 pounds. HOURS: Shifts M - F are anticipated to run 3:30pm to 6:30pm, except on Thursdays, when hours will be 10am - 6:30pm. Initial Saturdays worked for the first four weeks, approximately, will be 9am - 1pm. If this position supports the Fulfillment Department, additional hours on Mondays will be requested.
