Description
We will soon be moving thousands of miles away, and although we want to take Zip with us, the car isn't big enough for everyone. So, with great sadness, we're starting the search for Zip's new home.
We adopted Zip in 2014, and he's been a healthy happy member of the family ever since. We buy frozen mice for him, shipped from Rodent Pro. We use coconut for his bedding. He wasn't handled much before we adopted him, and he generally tries to squirm away when you pick him up.... hence the name, Zip!
Zip will go off to his new home with:
1) glass terrarium, which measures 36"x18"x17".
2) two water dishes, so one is always clean and ready to go
3) three giant bags of coconut
4) feeding tongs, and a big bag of frozen mice
5) a car carrier (during the ice storm, we lost power, and took him to the hotel)
We want Zip to go to a responsible, caring pet owner. If you have other corn snakes and are looking for add to your collection, Zip may be for you! If you've been learning about corn snakes and have wanted one for some time, and know the nitty gritty details about keeping them (like thawing dead mice!), he may also be for you!
Not to sound whiney or preachy, but when you reply to this add, let us know (in just a few words) why Zip would be the right addition to your family. We do ask a $100 re-homing fee, because he needs to go to a great new home, and also, you'll have everything you need to keep Zip happy and healthy for some time -- just take him home, and add the love.
Thanks for reading this!
