CAREFREE SUNDAY | August 7th | Milwaukie, Oregon milwaukieoregon.gov/events/carefreesunday Volunteer for the City of Milwaukie's biggest event that gets people moving. Carefree Sunday closes over 4 miles of road to vehicles and opens them to people walking, biking and rolling. The route connects 4 activity areas that include fun, entertainment, vendors and games. Carefree Sunday highlights the communities, organizations and people of Milwaukie. WEBSITE: milwaukieoregon.gov/events/carefreesunday ROLE: Volunteer by bike or at an intersection. Monitor the route and help neighbors to and from their homes. Support participants and help where there is need. WHAT YOU GET: Volunteer t-shirt, snacks, support, training and so many people shouting Thank You!
