Gen X Bassist seeking

Experienced Gen X bassist looking to build a funk/soul/breakbeat band; with some Afro-Caribbean/latin, and "Mod"/freakbeat flavors at times. I've got plenty of skeleton grooves to collaborate on. Along the lines of Galactic, New Mastersounds, Orgone, Brownout, Calibro 35, Polyrhythmics, Budos Band, early Herbie Hancock, Stevie Wonder, the Meters, et al. Hoping to find the usual suspects: guitar, keys, drums, horns, percussion. Really hoping for an inclusive group, ethnically and culturally diverse, LGBT friendly, all and any gender expressions, disabled folks, neurodivergents, etc. Age, skill level, and experience are not as important as commitment and passion.
