I’m seeking someone to do small jobs around my home. I don’t need a professional handyman; there are no plumbing, electrical or construction chores. My list is long but most of the tasks are fairly simple. and I will pay $20 per hour. I will guarantee you at least three hours each time you work. You must have basic home maintenance experience (no teenagers please) and be able to climb a step ladder to do some of the chores. Examples of some of the tasks: Change an a/c filter located in my hallway ceiling. Drag a few items to the curb – an old wheelbarrow, a broken deck chair and so forth. Change smoke alarm batteries and light bulbs and clean hallway light fixtures. Weed a small garden area. Hose down front porch and clean railing with Tilex. Hang a towel rack and shower curtain rod. Hang door on a medicine cabinet. Etc… Please reply via Craigslist with a bit of background on your experience with home repair – thanks!
