Here are the specs: 300 SF Rubber Flat Roofing 8 feet off the ground Plywood will be nailed down ahead of time, roof is ready to go 2 drains, one on each side of the roof preferably (my guys will do the down spouts) Approximately 60 LF of Drip Edge Approximately 60 Lineal Feet of Aluminum Facia (if you don't do Fascia no worries my other guys can do it) ONCE I GET YOUR "BALL PARK" QUOTE, YOU CAN COME OUT AND SEE IT WHEN IT IS FRAMED-SHEATHED IN A WEEK OR LESS This project will be ready to go sometime in the next week-2 weeks out
