Job description Cold Warehouse Associate position is responsible for picking orders, palletizing, loading and unloading products and/or cases in the refrigerator area but also any station or line that is assigned. He/She is also responsible to perform cycle count of products as well as perform detailed inventory on request. Work hours will likely vary due to Covid and, for this reason, we need someone flexible. Signing bonus of $500 after one month of employment Must be eligible to work in US have valid driver license and pass background screen and drug test. Responsible for pulling products for customer orders; Perform freight handling using appropriate motorized and manual equipment (when certified); Mark the paperwork properly when making adjustments for product shortages and ensure every sheet is filled out in a clear, readable and accurate format with all the required informations; Keep accurate records on load sheets, inventory sheets, scrap sheets and computerized equipment; Report any product/packaging issues and ensure proper code date rotation ; Maintain communication with other departments, management and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production; Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOPs; Follow Good Manufacturing Practices; Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area following all required work safe practices such as wearing of all required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling, fall restraints, etc...
