We operate eight successful Full Service and Exterior car washes across New Jersey and are looking for a Foreman for one of them. This is a full time position that pays hourly and includes 401K (if interested) and five paid days off per year. The schedule will be 5 days a week with 2 days off. The person in this position will be helping the manager and assistant manager operate the car wash. They will be helping with assisting customers, directing traffic, keeping employees organized, keeping areas clean, operating the POS, monitoring chemical usage, and changing our chemicals. The person will be on their feet for most of the time and should have good verbal communication skills. This position is a good opportunity to learn and gain experience on how to manage a successful car wash and can lead to a management position.
