Septic Tank Pumper Stevie Septic Service Winthrop, WA Job Title: Septic Tank Pumper: The Septic Tank Servicer will clean and maintain septic tanks, sewer lines, drains, and septic tank walls. Supervisory Responsibilities:  None. Duties/Responsibilities:  Travels to worksite, transporting materials, equipment.  Uses appropriate equipment and tools to identify, assess, and repair problems  Flushes and empties septic tanks; performs other services required to maintain or repair tank and system.  Cleans sewers and related structures including manholes, culverts, and catch basins.  Measures sites to be excavated and marks areas for digging.  Cleans areas affected by sewer or septic stoppage.  Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities:  Thorough understanding of sewage and septic systems and repair.  Ability to safely and effectively operate all tools and equipment required for repair and maintenance.  Ability to follow directions. Education and Experience:  High school diploma or equivalent required.  Class B or equivalent driver license required to drive pump truck. Physical Requirements:  Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.  Must be able to work in all types of weather.  Must be able to climb and crawl as required to access septic and sewer systems.
