The Electric Barn is a small, family owned, business that sells commercial electrical products. We are looking for a Custodian to help maintain our office and warehouse areas and assist with light shipping and other maintenance duties. Responsibilities • vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, empty trash, clean rest rooms, perform general yard work. • maintain parking areas to keep free of trash minor building repairs, paint, change light bulbs, change a/c and heating system filters, perform other duties as required. • Assist shipping department by cleaning and preparing products for shipping. Requirements * • Familiar with cleaning tools and products. • Working knowledge of various cleaning methods. • The ability to lift heavy equipment. • The ability to stand for extended periods of time. • Excellent organizational skills. • Effective communication skills.
