If you have experience working in building maintenance, enjoy working with others and are looking for a fun, fast-paced work environment look no further we have the job for you! Our maintenance technicians are responsible for getting apartments ready for occupancy, answering service requests, maintaining/repairing electrical, plumbing, small/large appliances and some light interior/exterior painting when needed. To qualify candidates must have 2 years experience in building maintenance, strong verbal communication skills, be able to lift up to 80lbs, push/pull up to 200lbs, have a valid driver's license, insurance and a vehicle.
