Role and Responsibilities:  Getting Familiar with All Managed Properties & Scheduled Maintenance  Performing General Property Repairs, Maintenance, Plumbing, Painting, and More.  Achieving a Cleaner Environment After Job is Completed  Completing Move Out Inspections & Punch Lists  Conducting Move In Inspections & Documenting Condition  Receiving Work Orders & Being On Time To Scheduled Appointments  Carrying Out a Friendly and Kind Demeanor at all Times to Tenants, Clients & Staff  Executing Good Communication with Office Staff, Tenants & Clients at all Times  Generating Organized Handwritten Paperwork & Receipt Keeping  Presenting Prompt and Efficient Work with Great Documentation and Record Keeping  Maintaining a Clean Driving Record and Active Driver's License  Sustaining an Organized & Clean Work Vehicle at All Times  Operating Necessary Phone Applications: QuickBooks Time for Electronic Documentation & Google Calendar for Appointments Please send your resume to [email protected] for consideration.
