Looking for a skilled property maintenance worker to do various repairs, maintenance and general work on rental properties in the Massillon and Jackson Township area. Desired abilities include plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, electrical, some lawn/landscape work, general repairs. Need ability to work with little supervision. Reliable transportation (truck or cargo van preferred) and tools required. Clean background. Part-time 2 - 3 days per week with an occasional call-out for emergencies.
