We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated problem solver to join our technology company as a Personal Assistant to support the President of the company. We are looking for someone who is ready to provide customized support for the President. The Personal Assistant must be ready to perform a variety of personal and administrative tasks for the President, as needed. A college degree is not required for this role. The candidate must be based in the Lancaster, PA or Coatesville, PA area. The candidate must have a car and be comfortable driving locally to complete personal tasks for the President in this area. The key requirements for this position: -Integrity: We care about always doing what is right. You should have a strong sense of professional integrity as well as a strong work ethic. -Detail Oriented: You should pay the utmost attention to detail while maintaining complete confidentiality in every task you complete. -Communication: Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position as you will be speaking with the President on a regular basis to coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, etc. Flexibility: You should be good at multitasking and have strong time management skills. You will also be responsible for completing personal tasks for the President, including running errands, driving the President’s children to and from school/extracurricular activities, and handling the President’s travel accommodations. In this role, other tasks will include but not be limited to: managing calendars, supporting the President’s family when needed, and serving as a secretary when needed, among other administrative duties. This is a full-time, in-person position and we are looking for the best fit of the above requirements. Compensation will range from $25-30/hour.
