Musk, Twitter, and “Material Adverse Effect”

Description

Another example of “undisclosed information” which is (also) “fundamental to Twitter’s business and financial performance” - and which Twitter inexplicably failed to seek out and/or secure... to the detriment of their stock holders..., is the universal absence of Twitter accounts for California’s County Civil Grand Jury System. >>>> link to www.cgja.org In CA, county civil grand juries have both “watchdog” and “accusatory” authorities which, firstly, allow said civil grand juries to check & balance county departments, entities, and their operations and, secondly, to bring formal accusations against public officers for any “willful or corrupt misconduct” while in public office (with a six year statute of limitations). >>>> See CA Penal Code 919(c) Obviously one would think that Twitter accounts would prove very helpful to all of CA’s 58 as a means of alerting citizens to news from the county civil grand juries - and especially with regards to the results of investigations undertaken and/or Accusatory Indictments presented to county district attorneys. >>>> See CA Gov’t. Codes 3060 - 3075 But, apparently, No! So, does anyone else find it curious, considering all of the corruption within The DC Swamp - much of which emanates from CA counties (e.g. Pelosi and Schiff), that the “Accusatory Indictment to Removal (from office)” process is completely underutilized - and that Twitter hasn’t approached the CA County Civil Grand Jury System to assist them in “getting word out to the public” with regard to ANY public beneficial work by any CA county civil grand jury? It’s almost as if the CA CCGJS doesn’t want to utilize Twitter - and somehow everyone who works for Twitter in CA never recognized the vast benefit Twitter accounts could provide to the CCGJS. Inexplicable, No? Maybe all those involved believe Twitter would prove too powerful a tool for securing the public’s “right to know what their government is up to” - and who the criminals are within said “government”.... Best of luck Elon, you’d do a much better job with that company than the current ownership has.
