The Warehouse Manager will ensure that all warehouse activities, operations, and staffing are carried out efficiently and effectively Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversees the operations of the warehouse Assists with hiring, onboarding, training, and offboarding Assists with scheduling, organizing, and overseeing staff to ensure operational requirements are met Provides performance feedback and conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive Responsibilities: Coordinates and supervises the loading of inventory onto trucks for delivery and unloading from trucks from pick-ups in an efficient manner according to schedule Ensures accurate recording of incoming, outgoing, and changes to inventory Ensures cleaning, quality control, maintenance, repair, and replacement of inventory / Attends and participates in scheduled and impromptu meetings Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent / Diploma At least six months of experience in distribution Skills/Abilities Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish Ability to work starting 5:00 pm, Sundays, and holidays Strong supervisory and leadership skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Anticipate and solve problems Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods standing and walking Must be able to traverse and access all areas inside and outside of the warehouse Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
