Can someone look after these birds until they get better?

I found these birds in my very hot building. They didn’t look very healthy and we’re dehydrated but I got them out of the building and drenched them with water and got them some food. They look a lot better but they need some looking after. Can someone who lives in the area look after them for a day or two until they are better? They are near the tree close to Ruttenberg’s on the 200 block of Jefferson Avenue in Moundsville
