This sick man claims to give away a free boat. I dealt with him. I don't even believe he's from New York as he is completely ignorant of local geography. He claims that he doesn't own a car but will try to con you into picking him up and ask you to tow a boat for him. He is a complete fraud and be careful if you answer his ad.
