Growing up on Sing Sing Road in the small upstate New York town of Horseheads, Jo proclaimed from the age of 4 that she would sing for the rest of her life. At a young age, Jo was composing poems that later blossomed into songs as she fell further in love with music. From this early time in her life she began performing for family, friends, church events, and school functions as she was continually developing her talent. In late 2014, Jo’s dreams of moving to Nashville became a reality. She worked part-time jobs to survive while playing shows and writing as much as she could. In 2016 she took the leap of faith to pursue music full time quitting her last “real” part-time job. She continued booking her own shows around Nashville and surrounding areas playing an average of 7 times a week and writing. That leap of faith paid off in the summer of 2016 when she caught the attention of Allegiant Entertainment Group. By late fall Allegiant signed her to a publishing and management deal as their flagship artist. In January of 2017, they recorded the first 3 songs of Jo’s debut, a full-length album and by early summer, 13 original songs were completed for the project. “Nowhere” is the first single release from the project and the accompanying acoustic music video is garnering worldwide play. In December of 2017, Jo partnered with the Donelson Christian Academy high school choir to record a breathtaking version of the classic Christmas carol, “O Holy Night.” This video also received worldwide play and accolades. A special release close to Jo’s heart, “Dance in the Rain,” will be available in the fall of 2018. A song of Hope was co-written by Jo as a way to give encouragement thru life’s twists and turns. No matter what life looks like, we can choose to embrace every moment! Jo commands a stage with grace, poise, and wisdom beyond her years and takes the audience on a journey within their own soul as she bares hers. Regardless of the venue, all within earshot leave impacted by the piercing lyrics and powerful melodies Jo brings time and again. To know Jo is to love her, she carries a passion and zest for life that is contagious whether you meet her on the street or performing at a venue. Ever mindful of her small-town roots and the foundation she was raised on, Joanna carries a piece of home to every stage she graces. There is an incomparable richness woven between her progressive sound and vocal prowess. Everything but nothing has changed about that wide-eyed, 4-year-old little girl dreaming of making it in music. Jo still sings at the top of her lungs and strives to change the world thru the power of music. ⭐️ Elle Means ⭐️ Elle is a Nashville-based artist who has been recently recognized for her “Girl-Version” twists of songs on YouTube with over a million views on her twist of “Marry Me” by Thomas Rhett. Elle came from a heavy musical background. “I started playing the violin when I was four and could never put a song down after that.” She went into the studio for the first time when she was sixteen with her uncle (Jimmy Gaudreau - long time Bluegrass musician) and “that moment defined everything,” Elle remembers. “It was more than just in my blood, it was everything I was meant for and born to do.” Since then she has appeared on stages across America, including Whiskey Jam, BusCall, Cheyenne Frontier Days, The Heroes Amongst Us Tour, a Wyoming Home State Tour, as well as guest appearances on the syndicated “Ty, Kelly & Chuck Mornings” radio show, with mentions by Whiskey Riff and The Bobby Bones Show.
