Lubbock TAI CHI is teaching a class on Saturday, July 30th at 11am at the Louise Hopkins Underwood Center for the Arts. The event is free and open to the public. The ancient art of Tai Chi unlocks the body's ability to increase health, vitality, poise, and resilience. Class is taught by Trent Ryan, a 30-year veteran of the art.
