***Contractors Needed for Disaster Recovery Work*** ****IWC is only the hiring company, this is not a pavement marking position**** This is short duration deployment, storm related work, with high hours per day during the recovery time from a high damage storm. With the 2022 storm season upon us, IWC is recruiting, training, and preparing contractors for various roles that help us achieve our mission. Our motto is “Any Disaster, Any Size, Anywhere” IWC is seeking people who can respond to disaster creating storms and events. Storm duty personnel are: * Available to be called on short notice * Able to work long hours during the recovery effort * Enthusiastic team players with tireless attention to detail * Committed to clear communication both oral and written * Professional in their dealings with clients, team members and the public ***Contractor Training for Candidates*** Training for Contractors is available in two or three ways: * Online training after registration * On-the-job training for registered contractors with sufficient experience * In-person training days ***Contractor Requirements*** ALL QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: * Professional appearance (neat and clean) * Professional attitude (speech and behavior) * Personal protective equipment: • Safety Vest, • Hard Hat, • Steel/Composite toed shoes • Proper Winter/Rain Gear *** Other equipment to be specified based on the role that you are able to fill. *** In order to register for an opportunity to work with IWC, follow the link below and fill out the form. ***It is important to note that this is not full-time work. Because we only work when disasters require our participation, there is no guarantee of work. When we do deploy, it is usually from one to five weeks at a time. Hours per day for Contractors are usually up to the limit of 16 hours per day, so there is opportunity to make very good money in a very short time frame.
