Roof work- clean out three metal valleys and coat with elastomeric coating. We need to scrape out the old tar and use a flap disk grinder to clean the metal, then wash it clear so the roof coating will stick to it. Also patch and caulk a few places on the metal roof that need coating. Probably two days of work. We will start early to beat the heat.
