Looking for a full time well rounded maintenance tech for apartment complex. General Maintenance experience such as plumbing, electrical, hot water heater, HVAC, pool upkeep, grounds keeping, appliance repair and installation. Not a requirement but a plus.
Must be Dependable, have general tools and reliable transportation a plus.
