We had some one dump a precious cocker spaniel off at our house. he is elderly, but not sure how old. We cannot give him what he needs since he is going blind. He seems to be very lovable, he needs a good shave and vet apt, as too not sure how long it has been. I am will to get the services done if someone will love him and keep him safe.
