ISO medium to large parrot

My mom and I are looking to get a parrot! We are hoping to get an Indian ringneck, however we will also adopt a cockatoo! We both have experience with birds and know how to properly take care of them. (I have done 12+ months of research on medium - large parrots, and have worked and trained with some, my mom has owned parrots). We don't have any other pets in the house, and once my two little sisters (Ages 12 and 7) leave the state, we are hoping to get a bird. This bird will be loved and adored by many in our family. I know how to train with positive reinforcement. My mom and I are both women so we'd like to get a parrot with a women gender preference (or no gender preference at all). We do not believe in clipping a birds wings, and this bird will be allowed to free fly around the house (with a diaper on or once "potty" trained). The only type of cage I'd ever really use on a bird is a nighttime cage. We are willing to pay a rehoming fee, but we do need a cage and lots of toys!
