Just need to find a carpenter to bring the inside up to the level of the professionally-done landscaping. Tasks needed to fulfill: * Hang doors * Install wainscoting and chair rail molding * Install picture rail molding * Install baseboards * Install porch railing * Finish stairway, install new newels and balusters * Pour small concrete pad for wheelchair landing in driveway Compensation is negotiable relative to experience.
