We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic Porter/Groundskeeper for our 157-unit apartment community located in Rocklin, Ca. This full-time position requires you to be a steward for the community by maintaining its aesthetics, monitoring and reporting maintenance or safety concerns, assisting with light painting projects, power-washing areas in need, daily cleaning of common areas, and representing FPMG proudly by providing excellent customer service to our residents! If you like being outdoors and staying physically fit, this is the job for you! Our Ideal Candidate: Six months of prior work experience in any field Ability to read, write and communicate in English Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs Basic computer skills: Internet and email Possess a “whatever it takes” mentality Must have reliable transportation What's in it for YOU?
