About The Company: Paul Schatz Furniture is celebrating its 99th year of business located in the Tigard area and has recently opened a second store in Eugene. We offer a vast range of mid to high end upholstery and case good lines such as Stickley, Lexington, & Sherill, with the majority of our lines being made in America. We are full-service design showroom offering professional assistance in spatial planning, house calls, draperies, carpeting, etc. No project is ever too small or too big for our team. Qualifications: 1.Ability to pursue work with a drive and passion showing a high level of creativity 2.Strong skills in listening to a client's wants and needs 3.Willingness to learn 4.Goal oriented 5. Wants to work in fun, creative environment 6. Design background is strongly preferred; college, design school, or numerous years is the retail home furnishings industry Benefits: Paul Schatz Furniture earnings potential, with top associates earning $100K+, and benefits are highly competitive in the industry. We offer a tiered commission structure and offer health insurance and 401k. This is a full-time position with required weekend availability. Associates have 2 consecutive days off during the week.
