Hello! I have a few Golden Geckos for adoption! They have reached the age of maturity, so I have been able to properly identify their gender, and they are all males. It is very important to note that, with this species, males CANNOT be housed with other males, even if they are related, because they are very territorial. They also cannot be housed with other type of Geckos or reptiles. Golden Geckos can make amazing pets, but are best for those with experience. Their skin is more delicate than most Geckos, so they shouldn't be handled often, if at all. They are shy, and also nocturnal. They make a cool chirping noise during the day & night sometimes, similar to a cricket. Golden Geckos originally come from Vietnam are surrounding areas, but can now be found in Florida. They like a tropical habitat, with high humidity. They eat crickets and/or mealworms, and enjoy some fruit as an occasional snack. I am asking a $20 adoption fee for each gecko.
