I unfortunately cannot give the proper care to my shepherd, anymore. My financial situation, just will not allow it. He is a very sweet baby and fully housebroken. He gets along well with other dogs. He chases cats, but doesn't harm them. He is in need of shots and he is not neutered. He does not have papers. Asking a rehoming fee of $100
